It is of  our hated and despised (by me at least) David Cameron as described by Charlie Brooker may moons ago when he and his party of corporate scumbags got into power. Charlie Brooker described David Cameron as looking like a freshly wanked penis. An equally accurate description then as it is now.

I Drew the images after a visit to the Cartoon Museum in London where I saw some old Ralph Steadman political satire images. Inspired I went home and, not knowing a hole lot about politics ended up drawing this. Horrible I know but I kind of like it 😉
